Transfer Student Checklist

Transitioning to Wake Forest.
We’re so glad you’re here. Let’s get started.
Transferring to the Forest
Academic Counselors from the Office of Academic Advising will contact transfer students via their Wake Forest email to schedule a time to discuss Fall 2026 courses. This heavily depends on transfer students’ timely submission of transfer credit requests through the transfer credit portal and their subsequent approvals.
Transfer students should familiarize themselves with Workday, the platform via which they will complete registration in July.
Transfer Student Housing
Please be sure to visit the Transfer Student Housing page for information from Residence Life and Housing.
