In-Person Receptions

2025 In-Person New Student Reception

We hope that you’ll join us for an in-person reception, should one be offered in your home area or wherever you may be this summer! These events are all about building your Wake Forest community before you arrive on campus in August.

Check this list frequently over the summer, as new dates and locations will be added throughout May and June.

Invitations will be emailed to new students and families based on the primary address on file with Wake Forest. Registration links will be posted on this page soon thereafter.

Before registering, please be aware of the following:

  • Out of respect for our hosts and to ensure the best experience for everyone, pre-registration is required.
  • If an event is at capacity, the registration form will automatically prompt you to join our waitlist, and we encourage you to do so! This will let us know you are interested in attending. Our team will be in contact should space become available for you (and your guests) to attend.
  • A WakeNetwork account is required to register.
    • Don’t have one? – No problem. You can view instructions here to create a WakeNetwork account.
    • Need help? – Contact our WakeNetwork team at .
