Wake Forest University Reynolda Campus

Meet the cast of your next four years.

This summer, a series of receptions for Class of 2028 new students and their families will be held in person across the country in June, July and August; one virtual reception will be offered and the recording will be posted here after the event. These programs will provide a glimpse into life at Wake Forest, top tips for transitioning to college, registering for classes, approaching residential living, and advice from current students.

In addition to joining us for the virtual reception, we hope that you will register for a local reception should one be offered in your area. Details, dates and registration information can be found on this page starting in May. You will also receive an email invitation for the virtual reception and in-person offerings as details are confirmed.

Please contact cunninj@wfu.edu with questions.

Virtual Reception

Our Virtual New Student Reception took place on June 17. In the recording, we reference a document with a listing of resources and websites discussed. Please CLICK HERE to view this document.

Regional Receptions (In-person)

We invite incoming students and their parents/family to attend the reception that is most convenient, whether it is in your hometown or elsewhere. Preregistration is required. Check this list frequently over the summer, as new dates and locations may be added.

Once all details are confirmed for a reception, the city name will have a link to register for that event. Please click on the link to register.
