Emails
Starting May 1, new students will receive an email every Monday and new families will one every Tuesday. Read the messages here.

Move-in Day Information
Your student’s Move-in Day depends on their plans: Aug. 13 – Wilderness to Wake and Marching Band Pre-Orientations only; Aug. 14 – all other Pre-Orientation programs; Aug. 18 – all new students not doing a Pre-Orientation program. Students will instructions for their move-in day.
Closer to August, we will provide a detailed Move-In Guide and the New Deac Welcome Week (aka Orientation) schedule.
New Student Receptions
Join us for a Virtual Information Session on June 23 (it will be recorded) and/or for a local reception (in person).
Stop, Drop, and Roll
This is our recommended framework for families to use when their student tells them about a problem, frustration, or a decision to be made; our framework promotes student independence and problem-solving.
