New Student Receptions
Meet the cast of your next four years.
This summer, a series of receptions for new students in the Class of 2029 and their families will be held in person across the country in June, July and August. These receptions provide the perfect opportunity for the newest Demon Deacons to meet face-to-face before coming to campus in August. We hope that you’ll join us for an in-person reception, should one be offered in your home area or wherever you may be this summer!
Below you will find information and registration links for the virtual reception and our in-person receptions. Invitations will also be sent via email beginning in mid-May.

In-Person Receptions
We invite incoming students and their parents/families to attend the reception that is most convenient, whether it is in your hometown or elsewhere. Preregistration is required. Check this list frequently over the summer, as new dates and locations may be added.
Once all details are confirmed for a reception, the city name will appear in gold, indicating that it has a link to register for that event. Please click on the link to register.
Please note: If an event is at capacity, the registration form will prompt you to join our waitlist, and we encourage you to do so. This will let us know you are interested in attending! Our team will be in contact should space become available for you (and your guests) to attend.
