Overview
Your student account statement will be mailed to you by postal mail in mid-June. Payment of all Fall 2009 charges is due August 1, 2009.
This statement may also be viewed through DEAC, the Deacon Electronic Account Center. DEAC provides students with their student account statement at the end of each month as well as a daily account view of transactions that have occurred on their account since the last statement date. Students have access to DEAC through the Wake Forest Information Network (WIN). Instructions are available here.
Students may grant access to their parents or other users that need access by establishing a login for them in DEAC and providing that information to their parent or other user. Student and authorized user (parent) instructions may be found here.
Contacting Student Financial Services
During peak times, we rely heavily on voice mail. If you should place a call and choose to leave a voice mail, please do so knowing that your call will be returned as quickly as possible. You may also choose to contact us via e-mail. When contacting our office, please include your student's full name and Wake Forest University identification number so that we can properly reply to your inquiry.
