Overview
Members of the Class of 2013 will join a long tradition of technology-enriched Wake Forest students. The tradition began in 1996, when the first class of incoming Wake Forest students received a ThinkPad computer. Wake Forest was only the second University in the nation to provide computers to students with tuition and has continued to lead the way in academic technology.
Upon entering Wake Forest in the summer or fall of 2009, new and transfer students are issued a Lenovo ThinkPad. In the beginning of their third year, the student will exchange the ThinkPad for a new model.
